This set of 2 sensory half-ball balance pods are designed for exercising balance, posture correction and for foot massages. The set contains 2 half ball balance pods, one in blue and one in yellow. They both have conical spikes that stimulate sensory receptors and can improve blood circulation.

Balance pods are also sometimes knows as balance stones and can help to improve body awareness and stabilization in a fun, active way. You can place the balance pods flat side down and then balance from pod to pod or if you want to make it more challenging you can place the rounded side down.
