Standard Delivery - Heavy/Large Items

Next Day Delivery
We don't currently offer Next Day Delivery however most of our orders are delivered within 1 working day on our standard delivery. Guaranteed Next Day is something we are considering to offer in the near future. If you desperately need an item next day, pop us an email and we'll see what we can do!
We have a ‘no-quibble’ return policy. If for any reason at all you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it or refund you in full. You must let us know via email to Customer Services within 14 days of receiving the order, and you then have a further 14 days to return it to us. Please return the purchase in its original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is defective in anyway, please advise us within a reasonable time.
Once we have received your returned purchase, we will refund the price of your purchase to the original card details or exchange it for another design, depending on your instructions within 14 days. Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of postage if the item is being returned because you have changed your mind about it. This return policy is in addition to your legal rights and does not affect your statutory rights in anyway.
Wrong Item Received/Delivered
If Sensory Toys UK have sent an incorrect item rather than the item ordered then we will refund the post and packaging/arrange a courier in order to return. We will also offer the customer the opportunity to have a refund or to resend the correct item ordered. We MUST have return of the incorrect item before we can process a refund/replacement of the item you did not receive. You must let us know via email to Customer Services within 14 days.
